001 through 003 prompts

001. beginnings
The beginning of the workday was always the hardest time of day for Early. Mostly because he was always at least two to three hours late – if not a complete week – and he usually got quite the snippy response from Dan Halen, something like, “OH! and he shows up today! Congratulations!” or “Go back to your mud-hole, squidman, I have no need of your services today.” Early, of course, didn’t much care for Dan’s kind of humor at all…considering that the emancipated hick was the epitome of “gullible idiot.”
Yet, even though he couldn’t quite make it on time, exactly – “Culd yew use tha wurd ‘ezactleh’ in ah sayntance, playse?” – he always showed up at some point or another…drunk and stupid, but at least he showed up, and that was all Dan could really hope for or count on.

002. middles
Rusty loved the middle of the day, especially when it was on a workday in which his father actually went to work. Now, muddin’ was always great – he loved bonding with his dad! – but the middle of the days were…special; sacred. It was the only time him and his Auntie Lil could be alone. “Family bonding” was what she called it, but it was Heaven on Earth for Rusty. Whether or not he’d been given mating rights, Rusty and Lil were always able to “get some” at least once a week.
Although his Auntie Lil was once a whore, Rusty still loved her anyway. That was the key word here, love. There was no love between Early and Lil or even Dan and Lil, but between Rusty and Lil, there were telltale signs of affection – not only in the mother and son sense…but also in another completely forbidden kind of sense (by morality and by Early).

003. endings
Ahh, the time of day wherein all good husbands return home from a long workday and fall into the arms of their wives or girlfriends, who pamper them and listen to them – however, this was not the case for Early Cuyler. Early was not married, though if he could have, he would have married his love, Krystal. The only arms he could fall into were either those of Dan Halen – who would probably rape Early over his desk…again – Lil – who would most likely tell him to go fuck himself – or his boy Rusty – who he’d…really rather not have hold him, considering that the gay virus was contagious.
So who would hold him in his wearied state? Well, his tire, of course. And after a good long while of “choppin’ wood”, it was time to go muddin’ with his son.
